Join us for the Traditional Advanced Otoneurology Course, a multidisciplinary educational event focusing on vestibular disorders—their clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria, and examination techniques. This two-day course is designed for otorhinolaryngologists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and all healthcare professionals interested in the field of otoneurology.

The second edition of the international temporal bone dissection course on cadavers took place from September 25 to 26, 2024, at the premises of the Department of Anatomy at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. The course focused on training surgical techniques for the treatment of acute and chronic otitis and the surgical treatment of deafness. It was primarily intended for ENT (otolaryngology) residents, who had the opportunity to acquire skills under the guidance of experienced experts. The event was highly successful, and another edition of the course is planned for two years from now.

From September 10 to 21, 2024, as part of the MEDEVAC program, another health and humanitarian mission took place at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) in Lusaka, Zambia. A team of specialists from the Motol University Hospital, led by Assoc. Prof. MUDr. Zdeněk Čada, Ph.D., performed 43 surgeries during the mission, primarily focusing on oncological diagnoses in the head and neck area, as well as ear and nose surgery.
